At Ashton Pointe Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out. Additionally, Ashton Pointe Apartments participates in the SureDeposit bond program that is another option for paying your security deposit. At Ashton Pointe Apartments, the application fee is $60 per household and is non-refundable. There is also a $75 administration fee.
At Ashton Pointe Apartments, residents are responsible for electric, water, sewer, trash, internet, cable, and renter's insurance.
Ashton Pointe Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $20 a month for the 1st pet and an additional $10 for the 2nd pet. Additionally, there is a $250 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home.
