Excellent place to live. Leasing Office and Maintenance Personnel are very understanding and friendly. Been living at Ashton Pointe Apts. 5 years and never been disappointed. It's a great place to live at and the price of the apartments are good. 20 or 30 yrs. ago I was here for awhile before I bought a house and I liked it back then also. I sold my house and I've been here for like 5 or 7 months now.

Ashton Pointe is a great place to live the staff is friendly and very helpful and always there when you need them. All of my expectations have been met and overall just a great team. I will be living here for a while. Love it here.

Best apartment complex I've lived in by far. The staff was always extremely helpful and genuinely kind. Neighbor noise was occasionally an issue, but I knew the staff would address any complaints in a timely manner. I do wish there was more parking, as I often found myself parking much farther away from my residence. Maintenance was very easy to deal with as well; I always received a 2+ day written notice before anyone needed to inspect or do any work.
