It's a great place to live at and the price of the apartments are good. 20 or 30 yrs. ago I was here for awhile before I bought a house and I liked it back then also. I sold my house and I've been here for like 5 or 7 months now.

Ashton Pointe is a great place to live the staff is friendly and very helpful and always there when you need them. All of my expectations have been met and overall just a great team. I will be living here for a while. Love it here.

Best apartment complex I've lived in by far. The staff was always extremely helpful and genuinely kind. Neighbor noise was occasionally an issue, but I knew the staff would address any complaints in a timely manner. I do wish there was more parking, as I often found myself parking much farther away from my residence. Maintenance was very easy to deal with as well; I always received a 2+ day written notice before anyone needed to inspect or do any work.

We have been living in Ashton for almost 4years and we have no complain at all. This is one of the best apartment in the whole environment, the maintenance is top notch. We will be moving out soon but I always wish to get another apartment like ASHTON. Thumb up to the whole management.

Excellent place to live. Leasing Office and Maintenance Personnel are very understanding and friendly. Been living at Ashton Pointe Apts. 5 years and never been disappointed. All of them go out of there way to make living here nice. Not planning on leaving any time soon. Thank you from the both of us.
