Lived there for little over a year. Maintenance guys are absolutely great! Management was really friendly too. Great value for the money. They really try to keep the facility looking good.

It's a great place to live at and the price of the apartments are good. 20 or 30 yrs. ago I was here for awhile before I bought a house and I liked it back then also. I sold my house and I've been here for like 5 or 7 months now.

Ashton Pointe is a great place to live the staff is friendly and very helpful and always there when you need them. All of my expectations have been met and overall just a great team. I will be living here for a while. Love it here.
